  4. The recipients of your personal data may be: entities providing and maintaining ICT infrastructure and entities cooperating with the Administrator, including: entities providing archiving services, document destruction, postal, courier, transport and audit services.

Fulfilling the information obligation under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) - hereinafter "GDPR" - we hereby inform you:

    a. the contract concluded between you and the Administrator (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);

The recipients of your personal data may be entities providing and maintaining ICT infrastructure, entities providing archiving services, document destruction, marketing, translation, security services, entities cooperating with the Administrator, including its clients and subcontractors performing services for it, entities providing postal, courier, legal, tax, audit, banking, insurance and transport services.
  4. Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the contract, and after its termination will be stored for the period resulting from specific legal provisions (e.g. the Civil Code, tax law).

  6. You have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you.
  7. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority competent for the protection of personal data, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  8. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide data will result in the impossibility to conclude a contract with the Administrator.
